Cannot enable Sonos Skill in Alex aPP

When trying to enable Sonos Skill inside the alexa app, it says to ADD SPEAKERS to my sonos account through the app. And so I follow the instructions and YES my sonos speakers are already added to my account. Speakers and app are also updated. Clicking IVE FIXED THE PROBLEM takes me nowhere and so I am stuck again in the alexa app. Please help... I have also tried resetting the password to no avail.
