I have 3 play 1’s in separate rooms. I can ask Alexa to play music on my office Sonos and my family room sonos, but when I ask Alexa to play in my Master bedroom, Alexa says it “doesn’t find anything called master bedroom Sonos that can play music”. I have unplugged the Sonos. I have changed the name of the Sonos but I keep getting the same response. I know it should work because my other play 1s work when I use Alexa.

Thank you for your response. I have tried rediscovering devices, but unfortunately it didn't work. How do I completely reset the sonos in my master bedroom? Maybe that will work.

Hi

To be specific, do you have three Sonos One's (With Alexa) or three Play:1's (Without Alexa)?

Can you please check that all device and group names are unique in the Alexa App>Smart Home>Devices & >Groups

Can you then open the PC version of the Alexa App (https://alexa.amazon.co.uk or https://alexa.amazon.com) and select Smart Home>Devices> and then scroll to the bottom of the list and select 'Forget All' followed by 'Discover'. WARNING: This will delete ALL actions in ALL Alexa Routines...

Hi, Truth. Thanks for your post. That is an odd one, particularly as the other devices work. Can you please try rediscovering devices? This may be the issue. Let us know how you fare.

Thank you. I have one Sonos One, one Play:1 and a sound bar. The instructions you gave seem to have it working again. I appreciate the help.
