I primarily use the Alexa that’s on my Sonos ARC. When asking Alexa to play music to speakers via my Sonos AMP (Deck), Alexa confirms she is sending the requested music to the AMP, but nothing plays and nothing show on the App.
When asking Alexa to play to any of the other of my 6 rooms, it works flawlessly. I have the same issue when using Alexa from my bedroom Beam when asking to play music to my Deck via the AMP.
I have rebooted the AMP several times, hasn’t helped.
Has anyone else experienced Alexa announcing she is sending music to an AMP but it doesn’t and doesn’t show on the App? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
