Just wondering if there's any chance of Sonos allowing Amazon Alexa devices to connect to the Sonosnet WiFi instead of the home WiFi signal. I can imagine many Dots etc. being added to systems lately and placed in closer proximity to Sonos devices than the router.
Will help with some of the connection issues I'm getting with the Dot. Should also help with the stuttery playback when it decides to play the music on there instead of the Sonos device I tell it to.

Hi SJW, I'll pass on the request for you to the team.

My personal guess would be that it's not likely to happen. But you never know. If you asked me 6 years ago if Sonos would connect to the home wireless instead of having the first wired SonosNet setup I would have said the same thing.
