Alexa thinks more devices are playing than are playing

My Echo Dot and Sonos has been working well until a couple of days ago. Now when I ask Alexa to stop she states that she has found two devices playing when only one is playing! She then asks which one I wish to stop. She says this in an American accent when I'm on the UK and she normally speaks in an British accent? If I wait she asks the question again about which device to stop but in her usual British accent.

Anyone else had this problem? I've already raised a support ticket.

If you haven't had a chance to sort this out yet, I'd suggest that you remove the Sonos Alexa skill and then add it back in. After you re-discover devices, go ahead and test this out.

For the accent, make sure the Alexa app has your location correct for all your devices.

Thanks I'll re-add. All devices have the right location as she speaks with the right accent except the first time in this specific scenario.
