Hi, I have a fully functioning Sonos system through app control accessing Spotify and AMS. Over the last year I added two Sonos One speakers which also worked perfectly on voice control until a couple of weeks’ ago. I haven’t changed anything but they no longer allow voice connection to Spotify (claiming the device is offline) while it still works perfectly by app. At the same time Alexa also stopped recognising “stop”  or any other command to stop playing. I have already tried disabling and re-enabling services, etc with no luck. Any ideas please?

Does Alexa respond to basic questions about the time and weather correctly?

If you give the command “Alexa, who’s account is this” does she give you the correct information?

Are you using any other Amazon Alexa compatible devices like an Echo or Echo Dot?

If you have reviewed our Alexa troubleshooting page and it still isn’t working, please submit a diagnostic report from your Sonos app and include the confirmation number in your response so we can take a look at your system.
