Hey,

I have an echo dot paired with a connect amp and unlike the rest of the house (which uses play 1s and play5s) saying alexa to the associated echo dot doesn't duck the volume on the music playing on the connect amp. Is this a bug or intentional? If intentional why?

I'm guessing you've done your pairing via Alexa Groups, but in the chance that you have not, or am not exactly sure how Alexa groups control ducking, here's a thread going over the basics of how it works.

Ryan's initial post is probably all you'll need to read.

Hi. What do you mean when you say the Dot is 'paired' with the C:A? Is there a wired connection?
