I have to reset router a couple of times a day, as Alexa says trouble understanding and to try later, I’ve reset Alexa skills in up, but still having same tro

Thank you for the diagnostic. I see from the report that something is causing miscommunication between Alexa and Sonos. I believe that it is best that you get in touch with our support team via telephone. We may need to collect information about your network topology which includes your router, modem, and other network devices.
