Will the Roam enable me to use Airplay 2 on all my old Sonos speakers?

So I have a Playbar, and 6 other Sonos One speakers around my house…(trouble is they are all pre-Airplay2)

If I were to buy the Roam and Airplay direct to that and group all the speakers to the Roam, does that mean I can effectively have Airplay2 from my iphone Music app throughout the house?

Yes.

”When an AirPlay compatible Sonos product is playing AirPlay audio, you can group it with any other Sonos product in your system for multi-room playback.”

You will also be able to send audio to the Roam over Bluetooth and play the same audio to the rest of your Sonos speakers.
