I plugged Sonos speaker into Deco router with ethernet cable.  White light flashes for a few minutes and then light disappears.

@selzer90 Sorry for the slow reply and welcome to the Sonos Community. Are you still having a connection with Sonos since you’ve added a wifi mesh router to your network? If yes, then we will need your full network topology with the model names and numbers of the products that are wired or wirelessly connected on your network for any modem, router(s), extenders, access points or switches (managed or unmanaged). You will also need to confirm that your network meets our system requirements, and that none of your network equipment is on our incompatible hardware list.

After you have gathered that information then please power re-boot off your wifi equipment for 30 seconds with no lights on it, meaning no battery backup, then power it back up. While this equipment is powering back on then power re-boot off your Sonos units for the same time with no lights and plug them back in to power, no button pressing is needed. During these steps please endure that only one Sonos product is Ethernet wired to the network, into your new mesh router base and one of the beacon/access points that plug into a wall outlet. While we are powering on then re-boot the device(s) running the Sonos app. When reconnecting make sure that your mobile device is properly connected wirelessly to the new mesh router’s 2.4 G or 5 G connections. When reconnected then open the Sonos app and complete any needed updates then look in the rooms tab and confirm you see all of your room names. You can then follow up here with the requested information above, the testing results along with an update diagnostic report number.
