lost volume control

After upgrading from the S1 app to S2 I’ve lost volume control. The system only plays at max volume through the Sonos Connect based station. I’ve got the system hard wired up to my B&O pencil speakers and would hate to get rid of those? Any idea how to patch this issue?

Have you already try to power cycle the affected component?

Can you also submit a diagnostic report for me to see whats going on inside of your device

thanks for your suggestion. I’ve submitted the diagnostic report now under ticket number 289043496. 

please define “power cycle”? Do you mean just turning the unit off and then back in? In that case yes, I have tried that too but with no effect. 

Power cycle means unplugging the device from power, usually for a minute or two, then plugging it back in.

Have you selected “fixed volume” on the Connect?
