I just received a new Sub Gen 3.
It is added to the System, but doesn’t play any sound. It is added to two Play 5 Gen 2
When I attempt to use TruePlay to tune the system, I get error “Network problem”
Also, when I plug the Sub Gen 3 into my router using a network cable the entire System disappears on the S2 App so I can’t do anything.
I have tried unplugging, adding sequentially, etc etc but to no avail.
Any assistance would be welcome
