Help with Beam and One connection

  • My new Beam is connected to Sonos and my tv and is working. Previously I had (1) One speaker connected to the Sonos app. My speaker isn’t connected to the Beam. I can’t find out how to add only one One to the Beam. And One stopped working when I added Beam. Support was no help. Is there any resolution to this? Thanks for your help.

I’d guess you set up a ‘second’ new system when you set up the Beam. 

Try unplugging the Beam from power, and make sure the One is still plugged in. Open the controller and see if the One shows up. If it does, I would recommend that you factory reset the Beam, then use the ‘add a device’ feature in the controller while it is showing your One, so that the Beam is added to the same ‘home’, and both will show up, as separate rooms, so you can group them.
