Entire Sonos system keeps dropping out

Hi there,

My entire Sonos network / system keeps completely dropping out.  I’m using Google Wifi throughout the house and the network is strong.  My Sonos network (Beam, Sonos One, 3 x Sonos Connect: AMP) all work fine, then everything stops and no Sonos App on any device can connect to them.  If I completely reboot the Wifi then it kicks into life again for a short while, before stopping again and being lose to the App.

I’ve followed advice elsewhere on here, about making sure all devices are downstream from Google Wifi, etc.  But have the same problem.

Any ideas?

Wire a Sonos device to the primary Google node, and thereby put the Sonos system into SonosNet (‘wired’) mode.

If a player isn’t close by the Google primary then get a Boost.

Sonos doesn’t get on particularly well with mesh WiFis when in WiFi (‘wireless’) mode, Google especially as there’s evidently no way to configure which channels it uses. For optimum performance all Sonos units should be on the same 2.4GHz channel.
