Enterprise network issues

Hello,
I work for an IT company that is having some issues with some of your devices. We currently have 4 so so play one's and two of the play 3's. For some reason on wired or wireless they devices are always dropping connection and we need to start the setup process over. Whenever 3 or more of the devices are playing there always seems to be buffering and or lag (the rest of the network seems to be fine). All of the devices are on the same vlan. We were going to buy some of those boost devices but not sure if that will help.

Submit a system diagnostic and post the confirmation number. Sonos Support will require one in order to get started with trouble-shooting.
