Changed network name, lost all services/songs, etc. Any way to recover them?

So we had to change our network name, passwords, etc. I had to reset the Sonos system from scratch (apparently). Is there anyway to recover the settings I had previous set up? If not this sucks in a very, very huge manner.

Not if you set the system up again from scratch.

If not this sucks in a very, very huge manner.

It would do, if there wasn't a simple solution.
