Hello. Trying to add my beam to another existing set up on a new network. Please help.

Hi rickib

Please provide more information about your new network. What have you changed or added to your network. Did you have or do you at present have other Sonos that are connecting without an issue.

Also, what is meant by “trying to add your Beam to another existing setup”. Just what exactly are you doing (or trying to do).
