Already set up speakers but can't locate on app

Previously added another speaker but after latest Sonos update last week, lost speaker on app. Tried adding again but keep getting speaker's already set up. Tried unplugging, rehooking ether, etc. Very frustrated/frustrating. HELP!

Please try rebooting your router and each Sonos unit. If that doesn't clear the issue up, check out this guide, which has some great tips.

If you're still unable to see the speaker in the app, submit a diagnostic report and reply here with the number.
