What is the easiest way to connect a Bluetooth turntable to a Sonos home theater setup with beam, sub and surround speakers. It seems the Bluetooth functionality of the era 100 surround speakers is disabled because they are being used as surround speakers

You need a non-surround configured Sonos that offers Bluetooth.
You might look at a direct connection instead of Bluetooth. I’ve seen several discussions here suggesting that will give better quality sound.
Ere 100 or 300 with line-in adapter, Five or Port are all direct connect possibilities.
Or - if you’ve not bought one yet - a turntable that streams to wifi such as those from Victrola.
